Balancing on the line
We offer an in depth comprehension to the techniques of well being on a slackline. Throughout our training we explore breath, posture, and focus. We provide a complete training, targeting the necessary muscles groups used while slacklining. We have the tools to take anyone further into their practice, while developing good posture and consistent breathing. Ultimately, being well on the line! Even an advanced slackliner can benefit by returning to the basics and strengthening their technique. Workshops are designed to accommodate students of all levels.
Give yourself some time
We offer Hatha, Hatha flow and Vinyasa classes as well as personal training. A practice of Yoga will lead you into a deeper consciousness of your body and mind. With strength, grace and breath you work towards more perfect balance in your life.
Fun partner training
Practicing yoga with a partner is a fun way to explore movement. It can be as therapeutic as it is acrobatic. We work strength and flexibility together which allows you to do things you are not able to do alone. In this class we learn to appreciate that in community we are more powerful. It is not necessary to bring your own partner we all work together.
All of our classes are available for private workshops, schools and corporate events. It is the perfect activity for team building.
